Return Policy
Terms & Conditions
Examination fees including refraction, contact lens evaluations, medical visits and any services performed by the doctor and technician are non-refundable.
Prescription Eyewear
Eyewear is made custom with your prescription and frame choice. As such, no refunds will be issued on prescription eyewear. If you are not adjusting to your eyewear, please contact our office within 60 days of dispense so we can help come up with a solution.
Contact Lenses
Unopened, unexpired contact lenses in their original/untampered packaging can be returned. A shipping fee of $17.00 may be required in order for us to return the product.
Products
All unopened, unexpired retail items can be returned with proof of purchase. The item will be inspected to ensure it has not been opened or tampered with.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued on qualifying returns or overpayments. Refunds will be issued to the original card the payment was made with or by check if the original payment was made by check or cash.
Shipping Policy
Items can be shipped at your request including contact lenses, eyewear or retail products. All shipping will be via USPS and will require a $17.00 shipping fee.
